At Pardon My Para, each item is crafted with precision and attention to detail. To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our products, all sales of premade designs are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for premade items once an order has been placed. We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully prior to checkout. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us for assistance.
In the rare event you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for review:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• After inspection, approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Custom orders and made-to-order designs are governed by separate policies and remain final sale.
