Shipping policy

At Pardon My Para, we take pride in ensuring every order is processed and delivered with care. Please review the following terms regarding order fulfillment, delivery, and pickup options.

Processing Time
    •    Premade designs typically ship within 5-10 business days after payment is processed and received.
    •    Custom orders follow a separate production schedule, with an estimated 4–6 week turnaround, depending on design complexity.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Rates
    •    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
    •    Pardon My Para is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Local Pickup / Meetup

Pickup or meetup arrangements are available by request and will be confirmed directly between Pardon My Para and the client.
Location, date, and time will be determined by mutual agreement after purchase. Orders not coordinated or picked up within the agreed timeframe may be subject to cancellation without refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery at info@pardonmypara.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped and tracking details have been provided, Pardon My Para is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file claims or resolve delivery issues.
